JLS Outdoor Service LLC provides outdoor living and landscaping services, including landscaping and yard design, retaining walls, stone walls, flagstone patios and walkways, water features and waterfalls, ponds, rock landscaping and dry creek beds, artificial turf, above-ground pool installation, fence repair and installation, tree service, and yard cleanup, across Ione and Amador County, California. All work is subject to a separate written agreement or proposal provided before work begins.
Project estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation. Any estimate we provide is based on the information and conditions available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if additional scope or conditions are discovered during the work, and any changes will be communicated to you before proceeding.
We stand behind our work and any workmanship terms are provided in writing on completed projects. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are provided separately by the manufacturer. Warranty details and terms are outlined in your project agreement.
Where applicable, we coordinate required permitting and inspections with local authorities. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing for your project are governed by your separate written project agreement.
